The union has now changed its name to Committee of Interns and Residents Northwest.
A party may file a petition to amend an existing certification. The certification may be amended if the purpose of the amendment is to reflect a name change of the labor organization, the bargaining unit is not affected by the change, and there are no questions concerning representation. WAC 391-35-085. The union’s petition merely seeks to amend the certification to accurately reflect the union’s name.
