On September 24, 2002, this agency certified Teamsters, Local 231 as the exclusive bargaining representative of Commissioned Police Officers employed by the City of Everson. City of Everson, Decision 7849 (PECB, 2002). At that time the bargaining unit was described as:
All full-time and regular part-time Commissioned Officers of the City of Everson Police Department, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, and all other employees.
On May 24, 2021, Teamsters Local 231 filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the bargaining unit, effective immediately.
ORDER
The certification issued in City of Everson, Decision 7849 (PECB, 2002) is withdrawn. Teamsters Local 231’s request is granted, and Teamsters Local 231 no longer represents the bargaining unit.
