FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Public School Employees of Washington filed with the Public Employment Relations Commission a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation for the Fiscal Technician 2 and 3 in the Student Financial Services Department; Office Assistant 3 in Academic Achievement Department; and Secretary Senior in the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) of Central Washington University. The petition was timely filed and was accompanied by a showing of interest which was administratively determined by the Commission to be sufficient.
2. The existing bargaining unit represented by Public School Employees of Washington is described as:

All proceedings were conducted under the supervision of the Commission in a manner designed to afford the affected employees a free choice in the selection of whether they wished to be represented by Public School Employees of Washington in its existing bargaining unit. A secret ballot election has been conducted by Commission staff and a tally of the results previously furnished to the parties is attached hereto; and no meritorious objections have been filed with respect to these proceedings.
4. The existing bargaining unit represented by Public School Employees of Washington shall be modified to include the Fiscal Technician 2 and 3 in the Student Financial Services Department; Office Assistant 3 in Academic Achievement Department; and Secretary Senior in the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) for a bargaining unit described as:
ALL FULL-TIME AND REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES PERFORMING CLERICAL OR TECHNICAL WORK EMPLOYED BY CENTRAL WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY WITHIN THE DEPARTMENTS OF STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF FISCAL TECHNICIAN 2&3, ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF OFFICE ASSISTANT 3, COLLEGE ASSISTANCE MIGRANT PROGRAM (CAMP) FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF SECRETARY SENIOR, AND THE DEPARTMENTS OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, LIBRARY, TESTING AND ASSESSMENT, INTERNATIONAL STUDIES, CAREER SERVICES, COLLEGE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES, COLLEGE OF SCIENCES, COLLEGE OF ARTS & HUMANITIES, COLLEGE OF BUSINESS, AND WILLIAM DOUGLAS HONORS COLLEGE IN THE FOLLOWING CLASSIFICATIONS: CUSTOMER SERVICE (WORKING TITLE), ENGINEERING ASSISTANT 1, ENGINEERING TECH 1-3, FISCAL SPECIALIST 1, FISCAL TECH 2&3, INSTRUCTION & CLASSROOM SUPPORT TECH 2-4, LIBRARY & ARCHIVES PARAPROFESSIONAL 1-4, MEDIA ASSISTANT 3, MEDIA TECHNICIAN, OFFICE ASSISTANT 2&3, PIANO TECH, PROGRAM ASSISTANT, RESEARCH TECH 1, SCIENTIFIC TECH, SECRETARY, SECRETARY LEAD, SECRETARY SENIOR, EXCLUDING EMPLOYEES ASSIGNED TO THE DEAN'S OFFICE, SUPERVISORS, CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES, EXEMPT EMPLOYEES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYEES IN THE FOLLOWING CLASSIFICATIONS: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR 2, FIRE ALARM INSPECTOR (WORKING TITLE), FISCAL ANALYST 3, FORMS & RECORDS ANALYST 2, COMMUNITY OUTREACH & ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION SPECIALIST 2, PROCURE & SUPPLY SPECIALIST 1, PROGRAM COORDINATOR, PROGRAM MANAGER A, RECREATION & ATHLETIC SPECIALIST 4, STAGE MANAGER, TOUR & INFORMATION SERVICES COORDINATOR 3 AND ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES OF THE EMPLOYER.
CONCLUSION OF LAW
The unit described in paragraph 4 of the foregoing Findings of Fact is an appropriate unit for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of RCW 41.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
CERTIFIED
The Fiscal Technician 2 and 3 in the Student Financial Services Department; Office Assistant 3 in Academic Achievement Department; and Secretary Senior in the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) of Central Washington University have chosen:
PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEES OF WASHINGTON
as their representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with their employer.
