These representation proceedings were conducted by the Commission in the bargaining unit described as: All full-time and regular part-time sewer maintenance employees of Pierce County, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, tedmical, skilled maintenance and support employees of the employer's wastewater operations, and all other employees of the employer.
