Cline & Associates, by James M. Cline, Attorney at Law, for Whatcom County Employees for Wage Equity.

Braun Consulting Group, by Robert R. Braun, Jr., for the employer.

Davies, Roberts & Reid, by Todd Lyon, Attorney at Law, for Teamsters Union, Local 231.

This case comes before the Commission on a motion for reconsideration filed by Whatcom County (employer) and Teamsters Union, Local 231 (Local 231), seeking to overturn the Commission’s decision.[1] We deny.

In coming to its earlier decision in these cases, the Commission believes it faithfully interpreted the relevant portions of Chapter 34.05 RCW. The Commission fully reviewed the record and finds nothing in the employer’s or Local 231's motion that warrants reconsideration. Neither the employer nor Local 231 have directed the Commission to authorities that would merit overturning the conclusions decided below.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED
