THIS MATTER, having come regularly before the Commission on Complainant’s petition for review of the Chairman’s Order of Dismissal returned herein on May 17, 2000 and the material files and records having been reviewed and good cause appearing therefor:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said petition should be and hereby is denied and the referenced Order of Dismissal affirmed, on the ground and for the reason that the act complained amounted to a legitimate aspect of union government beyond the Commission’s authority to repeal or revise, as a matter of the jurisdiction accorded thereto, by statute and the applicable administrative code.
