THIS MATTER came on regularly before the Marine Employees’ Commission on the consideration of Washington State Ferries’ Motion to Dismiss.

This matter was originally assigned On October 29, 1986 to the Public Employment Relations Commission to act on behalf of the Marine Employees’ Commission. The parties subsequently agreed to submit the issue presented in this case to Mr. Alan Krebs, the interest Arbitrator chosen by the parties to resolve WSF/IBU issues for the 1985-1987 contract. A letter of withdrawal was filed with the Commission on November 3, 1986. The Commission, having reviewed the files and record herein, and being fully advised in the premises, now enters the following:

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered, that the unfair labor practice charge of Washington State Ferries against the Inlandboatmen’s Union of the Pacific is hereby dismissed.
