THIS MATTER came on regularly before the Marine Employees’ Commission on the consideration of Washington State Ferries’ Motion to Dismiss.

This matter was originally scheduled for hearing before Commissioner Louis 0. Stewart, acting as hearing examiner on behalf of the Marine Employees’ Commission on Monday, April 30, 1984. The Appellant appeared pro se, and Washington State Ferries was represented by Robert McIntosh, Assistant Attorney General. Prior to the taking of testimony, the parties reached a mutually agreeable settlement of the case. Neither party wishes to continue the hearing at this time. The Board, having reviewed the files and record herein, and being fully advised in the premises now enters the following:

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered, that the grievance of Darrell W. Willers and the Inlandboatmen’s Union is hereby dismissed.
