[1]             On April 11, 2024, FOP North Cascades Lodge 18 (Lodge 18) filed a unit clarification petition concerning the at-issue bargaining unit. This agency docketed that case as 138863-C-24. According to the petition, the certified bargaining representative of record for this bargaining unit, the Matt Herzog Memorial Lodge FOP 24, recently merged with Lodge 18. Lodge 18 asked that the existing bargaining unit certification be amended to reflect this change. A final order had yet to be issued for that petition when Lodge 18 filed the instant disclaimer. Based upon this fact, there is no need to process Lodge 18’s initial request to clarify this bargaining unit and that case was converted to handle the instant disclaimer.
