ORDER WITHDRAWING
CERTIFICATION

 

Paul Dascher, Secretary-Treasurer, for Teamsters Local 117.

Gina L. Comeau, Interim Labor Relations Manager, Office of Financial Management, for the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services.

On January 4, 2024, this agency certified Teamsters Local 117 as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees at Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. The bargaining unit is described as:

All employees of the Department of Enterprise Services Business Resources Division Printing and Imaging Services Litho work unit in the following job classifications:  Up to 22” Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Over 22” Press Operator, Apprentice Press Assistant, Digital Print Operator 1, Digital Press Operator 2, Digital Press Operator 3, Color Digital Press Operator, and Digital Prepress Technician, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, and all other employees.

On May 29, 2024, the union filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the Litho bargaining unit, effective immediately.

ORDER

Teamster Local 117’s request is granted. The certification issued in Washington State Department of Enterprise Services, Decision 13773 (PSRA, 2024) is withdrawn, and Teamsters Local 117 no longer represents the bargaining unit.
