Findings of Fact
1. Teamsters Local 760 filed a representation petition concerning employees of the City of Cle Elum. The Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) determined the petition was timely filed and accompanied by a sufficient showing of interest. No other organization claimed to represent the employees involved.
2. The bargaining unit is described as follows:
All supervisory employees of the City of Cle Elum in the following job classifications: Finance Director, Public Works Director, Police Chief, Fire Chief Administrator, Librarian. Excluding nonsupervisory employees, confidential employees, and all other employees.
