ORDER WITHDRAWING
CERTIFICATION

Jane Hopkins, President, for the SEIU Healthcare 1199NW.

Andre Fresco, Executive Director, for the Yakima Health District.

On March 29, 1990, this agency certified SEIU Healthcare 1199NW as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees at Yakima Health District. The bargaining unit is described as:

All full-time and regular part-time registered nurses; excluding supervisors, confidential employees, and all other employees of the employer.

Yakima Health District, Decision 3453 (PECB, 1990).

On January 13, 2023, the union filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the registered nurse bargaining unit, effective immediately.

ORDER

SEIU Healthcare 1199NW’s request is granted. The certification issued in Yakima Health District, Decision 3453 (PECB, 1990) is withdrawn, and SEIU Healthcare 1199NW no longer represents the bargaining unit.
