ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

On April 16, 2020, this agency issued an order clarifying the bargaining unit certifying the Washington Federation of State Employees as the exclusive bargaining representative of supervisory uniformed personnel employed by Western Washington University. Western Washington University, Decision 13189 (PSRA, 2020). At that time the bargaining unit was described as:
All supervisory uniformed personnel employed by Western Washington University, excluding confidential employees, nonsupervisory employees, and all other employees.
On June 29, 2021, the Washington Federation of State Employees filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the bargaining unit, effective immediately.
ORDER
The certification issued in Western Washington University, Decision 13189 (PSRA, 2020) is withdrawn. The Washington Federation of State Employees’ request is granted, and the Washington Federation of State Employees no longer represents the bargaining unit.
