On May 8, 2012, this agency certified Blaine City Light (Association) as the exclusive bargaining representative of linemen employed by the City of Blaine. City of Blaine, Decision 11369 (PECB, 2012). At that time the bargaining unit was described as:
All employees of the City of Blaine Public Works Electrical Services Department in the following classifications: Lineman, Lineman Lead, Lineman Apprentice, and Electrical Utility Operations Foreman, excluding confidential employees, supervisors, and all other employees.
On January 11, 2021, the association filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the bargaining unit, effective immediately.
ORDER
The certification issued in City of Blaine, Decision 11369 is withdrawn. Blaine City Light’s request is granted and no longer represents the bargaining unit.
