On July 3, 2008, this agency certified Teamsters Local 117 (union) as the exclusive bargaining representative of section managers in the Transit Division at King County. King County, Decision 10123 (PECB, 2008). The bargaining unit description was subsequently modified in 2014. King County, Decision 11993 (PECB, 2014). The bargaining unit of section managers is currently described as “All full-time and regular part-time section managers and assistant section managers of the King County Transit Division, excluding supervisors, confidential employees and all other employees.” Id.
On September 14, 2018, the union filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the section managers bargaining unit, effective immediately.
ORDER
The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 21728‑E‑08‑3363 is withdrawn.
