The above-named employee filed a representation petition seeking to decertify the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 160 (union) as the exclusive bargaining representative of the Community Center Custodians and clerical employees in Administration at Mason Transit Authority. The bargaining unit was certified under Mason Transit Authority, Decision 12510-A (PECB, 2016) and described as:
All full-time and regular part-time employees, Community Center Custodians, and clerical employees in Administration employed by Mason Transit Authority, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, employees in other bargaining units, and all other employees.
The union filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition. Thus, no question concerning representation remains to be determined.
ORDER
The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 127661-E-15 is withdrawn, and Case 129741-E-17 is CLOSED.
