BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

For clarification of an existing bargaining unit of employees of:

CITY OF VANCOUVER

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The above-named petitioner having invoked the authority of the Public Employment Relations Commission to resolve a dispute concerning the clarification of an existing bargaining unit; and the Commission having subsequently been advised, in writing, that the above-named petitioner had disclaimed its status as exclusive bargaining representative of the bargaining unit involved; and the Executive Director having considered the matter and being satisfied that formal proceedings are not warranted;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The petition filed in the above matter is DISMISSED on the basis that no bargaining relationship exists between the parties.
