A complaint charging unfair labor practices was filed with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-45 WAC, alleging that the above-named respondent committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of Chapter 41.80 RCW.  The complainant has subsequently requested, in writing, that the complaint be withdrawn.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

 

ORDERED

 

The withdrawal of the complaint filed in the above-captioned matter is accepted, and the matter is CLOSED.
