WHEREAS,

By letter dated January 9, 1980, the attorney for Respondent requested the Examiner to enter an order requiring the Complainant in Case No. 2018-U-79-277 to clarify what provision of RCW 41.56.140 is the basis for the allegation of unfair labor practices.

AND, WHEREAS,

That request is reasonable,

NOW, THEREFORE,

Pursuant to WAC 391-21-524 you are hereby ordered and directed to make the complaint more definite and certain by indicating what provision of RCW 41.56.140 is the basis for the allegation of your complaint of unfair labor practice.

Please serve a copy of your response to this order by February 11, 1980, with the Public Employment Relations Commission. On the same date you must serve copies on:
