CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER

A final order was issued in these cases on July 29, 1997. A Corrected Order is necessary in two instances:

1.                  The date of the Order, wherever it appears, is corrected to reflect that it is was issued in 1997, not in 1996.

2.                  Paragraph 1(c) of the Order is corrected to read as follows:

Except as provided in paragraph 2 of the Conclusions of Law above, the complaint charging unfair labor practices filed against the Tacoma Education Association is DISMISSED.
