CORRECTED ORDER

A preliminary ruling and partial order of dismissal was issued in the above matters on September 20, 1994, dismissing certain of the allegations filed in the cases, and finding that a cause of action existed with respect to certain other allegations.

On September 28, 1994, the Seattle Police Management Association requested clarification of the order, noting that the order issued on September 20, 1994, appeared both to preserve and to dismiss the same allegation. The matter has been reviewed, and is the subject of the following:

CORRECTED ORDER

1.                  Paragraph l. d. of the original order is deleted.

2.                  Paragraph 3.d. of the original order stands as issued.
