ORDER OF DISMISSAL |
The complaint charging unfair labor practices filed in the above-captioned matter on January 5, 1995, was deferred to arbitration on November 22, 1995, under the policy enunciated in City of Yakima. Decision 3564-A (PECB, 1991). The parties thereafter engaged in protracted negotiations, and informed the Commission that the issue was resolved, but a formal withdrawal of the complaint was not forthcoming. On October 21, 1996, the parties were provided 14 days in which to show cause why the case should not be dismissed. Nothing further has been heard or received from any party.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
The complaint charging unfair labor practices filed in the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED.
