ORDER OF DISMISSAL |
On June 30, 1989, Office and Professional Employees Union, Local 11 (complainant), filed a complaint charging unfair labor practices with the Public Employment Relations Commission, alleging that Clark County (respondent) had committed an unfair labor practice.
The matter was reviewed by the Executive Director pursuant to WAC 391-45-110, and a letter issued on August 18, 1989, informing the complainant that a defect existed in the complaint as filed. Specifically, the complainant was advised that no statement of facts accompanied the complaint, as required by WAC 391-45-050, and that there was no indication on the complaint regarding what sections of the statute were claimed to have been violated. The complainant was informed that the complaint could not be processed without further information, and was given 14 days in which to submit an amended complaint, or face dismissal. No amended complaint or additional information has been filed.
ORDER
The complaint charging unfair labor practices filed in the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED.
