ORDER OF DISMISSAL |
On September 21, 1987, Evergreen Education Association (complainant) filed a complaint charging unfair labor practices against the Evergreen School District (respondent), alleging that the school district committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of RCW 41.59.140 (1) (a), (b), and (e) by a mailing sent to bargaining unit employees by a member of the local school board.
