ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The above named Complainant having, on February 25, 1977 filed a complaint with the Washington Public Employment Relations Commission, wherein it alleged that the above named Respondent had committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of 41.56.140 and, the Executive Director having reviewed the matter pursuant to WAC 391-20-310 and having found that the charges fail to state a cause of action on the facts alleged; and the Complainant having failed to file amended charges within the time allotted; and the Executive Director having considered the matter and being satisfied that the complaint should be dismissed and the matter closed;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

That the complaint filed in the above-entitled matter be, and the same hereby is, dismissed for failure to state a cause of action on the facts alleged, as set forth in the June 23, 1977 letter attached hereto.
