Automotive Machinists Local No. 289, AFL-CIO having filed with the Public Employment Relations Commission charges alleging that King County Water District No. 75 has committed and is committing unfair labor practices within the meaning of Chapter 41.56 RCW; and, following investigation, the Commission having issued a complaint and held a hearing in the matter; and Automotive Machinists Local No. 289, AFL-CIO having, on July 9, 1976 filed with the authorized agent of the Commission a motion for the reopening of the hearing in the matter for the introduction of evidence concerning events occurring subsequent to the close of the hearing but relating to the matters asserted at hearing; and the authorized agent having considered the matter and being satisfied that the matter should be reopened;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
That the hearing in the above-entitled matter be reopened and continued on Wednesday, August 4, 1976, beginning at 9:00 A.M. in the offices of the Public Employment Relations Commission, Room 410, 300 West Harrison, Seattle, Washington.
