NPER 74.37UNFAIR PRACTICE REMEDIES--TYPES OF ORDERS--INTERIM RELIEF

 

Following is an excerpt from the minutes of the Commission meeting held on August 18, 1978:

 

"Motion for injunction pendente lite made pursuant to WAC 391-30-560. 

 

"Mr. Schurke announced that the parties were now meeting with a staff mediator.  Counsel for the employer did not appear and had previously telephoned Mr. Schurke to indicate that the employer did not expect that its motion would be granted.  The motion was made, seconded and carried that the motion be denied."
