This case comes before the Commission on a motion for reconsideration filed by the International Federation of Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (union), seeking to overturn the Commission’s decision.[1] We deny the motion.
In issuing its decision, the Commission fully reviewed the record in this case and finds nothing in the union’s motion that warrants reconsideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
The motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
