STATE OF WASHINGTON

 

BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

 

 

In the matter of the petition of:

 

TEAMSTERS, Local 58

 

Involving certain employees of:

 

TOWN OF YACOLT

 

 

CASE 23956-E-11-3674

 

DECISION 11095-A - PECB

 

 

ORDER REVOKING CERTIFICATION

 

 

 

Teamsters, Local 58 (Teamsters), filed a petition with this agency seeking to represent a bargaining unit of non-supervisory employees who are employed by the Town of Yacolt.  A cross-check was conducted and the Teamsters held majority status.  The Teamsters were certified as the exclusive bargaining representative of the employees.  Town of Yacolt, Decision 11095 (PECB, 2011).  On June 18, 2014, the Teamsters filed a letter with this agency disclaiming all representational rights in the bargaining unit. 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

 

ORDERED

 

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in this case is revoked.
