                  BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

 

 

In the matter of the petition of:

 

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS AND AEROSPACE WORKERS, DISTRICT LODGE 751

 

Involving certain employees of:

ORDER WITHDRAWING

CERTIFICATION

 

 

 

The above-named labor organization filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission seeking certification as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the City of Woodinville.  An election was held and the petitioner held majority status.  A certification was issued as City of Woodinville, Decision 10205 (PECB, 2008).

 

 

On July 16, 2012, the petitioner filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in this case is withdrawn.
