The above-named employee filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with this agency seeking decertification of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 751 (Machinists) as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees employed by the City of Woodinville. The bargaining unit certified under City of Woodinville, Decision 10188-A (PECB, 2008), is described as:
All full-time and regular part-time employees including Facilities Maintenance Worker II’s in Public Works in the City of Woodinville, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, Maintenance Worker II’s and III’s in Public Works.
The Machinists filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition, so that no question concerning representation remains to be determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in City of Woodinville, Decision 10188-A, is withdrawn and the case is CLOSED.
