ORDER CLOSING CASE

 

 

 

The Public School Employees of Washington filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission.  During investigation of the case, the Commission was advised that the employer has extended voluntary recognition to the organization as exclusive bargaining representative of the affected employees, so that further proceedings and a certification of representatives are not warranted.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

 

                                                                    ORDERED

 

The proceedings in above‑captioned matter are CLOSED, on the basis that no question concerning representation presently exists.
