ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

 

 

 

The above-named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission, seeking certification as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife.  A cross-check was conducted and the petitioner held majority status.  A certification was issued as State – Fish and Wildlife, Decision 9759 (PSRA, 2007).

 

On July 9, 2010, the petitioner filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

 

 

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in case 20945-E-07-3229 is withdrawn.
