ORDER CLOSING CASE

The above-named organization filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, to resolve a dispute concerning the representation of certain employees of the above-named employer. The petitioner has subsequently requested, in writing, that the petition be withdrawn.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The withdrawal of the petition filed in the above-captioned matter is accepted, and the case is CLOSED.
