The above-named organization filed a petition for clarification of an existing bargaining unit with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-35 WAC. The petitioner has subsequently requested, in writing, that the petition be withdrawn.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED
