ORDER CORRECTING TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS |
WHEREAS, the Commission issued Decision No. 500-A PECB in Case No. 1544-E-78-306 on April 28, 1981, and
WHEREAS, that decision contained typographical errors which do not materially affect that decision, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that these typographical errors be corrected,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
a) On page 2 of the decision, in the second paragraph under the heading 'THE FACTS:", the name Lane Sasvitch should read: Lane Savitch.
b) On page 3 of the decision, in the next to last paragraph of the quotation, "We must have you assurance" should read: "We must have your assurance".
c) On page 10 of the decision, Conclusions of Law 2 and 3 should read:
2. The events described in Finding of Fact 11 do not warrant setting aside the election.
3. The events described in Findings of Fact 4 through 10 insofar as it neutralized union organizers Thorne and McCrorey, and gave incorrect voter eligibility information to employees constituted conduct improperly affecting the results of the election and necessitates that a new election be held.
