CLASSIFIED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, WEA/NEA |
DECISION 2395-C - PECB |
Involving certain employees of: |

INCHELIUM SCHOOL DISTRICT |
DECISION OF COMMISSION |
Hearing Officer J. Martin Smith issued findings of fact, conclusions of law and order in the above-entitled matter on January 26, 1987, determining certain eligibility issues. On February 18, 1987, the union purported to file a petition for review.
The petition for review was filed one day late and, therefore, was untimely. Longstanding Commission policy and precedent require that the petition for review be dismissed. Seattle Public Health Hospital (American Federation of Government Employees), Decision 1781-B (PECB, 1984); Port of Ilwaco, Decision 970-A (PECB, 1980); Spokane School District, Decision 310-A (EDUC, 1978).
The petition for review is dismissed and the matter is closed.
DATED at Olympia, Washington, this 30th day of March, 1987.
