The above-named petitioner having invoked the authority of the Public Employment Relations Commission to resolve a question concerning representation, pursuant to Chapter 41.56 RCW and Chapter 391-25 WAC, involving certain employees of the above-named employer; and the parties having entered into an election agreement pursuant to WAC 391-25-230 and a supplemental agreement pursuant to WAC 391-25-270; and the Commission having conducted a representation election and issued an interim certification designating the above-named petitioner as exclusive bargaining representative of the employees involved while reserving issues specified in the supplemental agreement for subsequent proceedings; and the parties having advised the Commission, in writing, that they have resolved their dispute concerning the status of the position of Public Works Crew Chief by including said position in the bargaining unit; and the Executive Director having considered the matter and being satisfied that no issues remain in dispute;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The interim certification issued on June 27, 1984 is amended by striking of reference to issues reserved for subsequent determination, and will stand as the certification of representatives in the case.

2.                  The proceedings in the captioned matter are now closed.
