The above-named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission seeking a name change from Service Employees International Union (SEIU) to Public Safety Employees Union (PSEU) for non-commissioned employees of the department of adult and juvenile detention, department of community and human resources and sheriff’s office within King County. During investigation of the case, the SEIU and PSEU filed an agreement on the name change and the employer extended voluntary recognition to PSEU as exclusive bargaining representative of the affected employees so that no further proceedings are warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
The proceedings in above-captioned matter are CLOSED, on the basis that no question concerning representation presently exists.
