ORDER DISMISSING OBJECTIONS TO ELECTION

CITY OF DES MOINES (MARINA)

 

The Public Employment Relations Commission conducted a secret ballot election on August 17, 1977 among certain employees of the City of Des Moines (Marina). The Petitioner timely filed objections concerning the conduct of the election. The report of the Election Officer was made available to all parties and the Employer requested that the objections be dismissed as insufficient on their face. Thereafter, and prior to any further action by the Commission, the Petitioner advised the Commission, in writing, that its objections were withdrawn.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The Objections to Election filed in the above entitled matter on August 24, 1977 by International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union, Local 19 shall be, and hereby are, dismissed.
