ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR ELECTION AND WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE

Jerome Daubert and two other employees of the City of Colfax, Washington having, on February 1, 1978, filed a petition with the Public Employment Relations Commission seeking decertification of Teamsters Union, Local No. 551 as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the City of Colfax; and prior to any further action by the Commission, Teamsters Union, Local No. 551 having filed with the Commission a disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition; and the Executive Director having considered the matter and being satisfied that there remains no question of representation;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The certification of representatives issued by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries in Case Number SK-1665 is withdrawn.

2.                  The petition filed in the above entitled matter is dismissed for lack of a question concerning representation.
