BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

For clarification of an existing bargaining unit of its employees represented by:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEES, YELM CHAPTER

DECISION NO. 1447 - PECB

The above-named petitioner having invoked the authority of the Public Employment Relations Commission to resolve a dispute concerning the clarification of an existing bargaining unit; and the Commission having been advised, in writing, that the matter had been resolved and that formal proceedings are not warranted;

NOW, THEREFORE it is

ORDERED

The petition filed in the above matter is dismissed.
