ORDER
OF DISMISSAL
Pursuant to a direction
of election issued by the Executive Director in the above entitled matter on
October 14, 1980 (Decision 1008, PECB), a unit determination election was
conducted by the Public Employment Relations Commission on November 25, 1980 among:
All full-time and regular part-time Secretarial,
Clerical, and Professional and Technical (graphics and aquatics) employees of
Mukilteo School District No. 6, excluding the Superintendent of Schools,
Administrative Officers of the District, Confidential Employees,
Non-Supervisory Certificated Educational Employees and all other classified
employees of the district.
to determine whether a
majority of the employees eligible to vote desired to constitute themselves a
bargaining unit separate and apart. from all other employees of the
employer. A tally of ballots was issued,
a copy of which is attached. No
objections have been filed with respect to these proceedings. The employees having failed to vote in favor
of creation of a separate bargaining unit, no question concerning
representation arises and the ballots cast in a representation election
directed and conducted at the same time have been impounded.
NOW, THEREFORE, It is
ORDERED
The petition for investigation of a question concerning representation filed in the above entitled matter is dismissed for lack of a question concerning representation.
