STATE OF WASHINGTON

BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

 

SEATTLE POLICE DISPATCHERS’ GUILD

CASE 14104-C-98-910

For clarification of an existing bargaining unit of employees of:

DECISION 6604-A - PECB

CITY OF SEATTLE

ORDER REOPENING CASE

The above-named organization filed a petition for clarification of an existing bargaining unit with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-35 WAC.

On February 16, 1999, the case was mistakenly closed as being withdrawn by the petitioner. On February 22, 1999, the petitioner requested the order closing the case be rescinded because the petitioner had not withdrawn the petition in writing.

NOW THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The previous order closing this case is rescinded and the case is reopened.
