The above-named complainant filed a complaint charging unfair labor practices with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-45 WAC, wherein it was alleged that the above-named respondent had committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of Chapter 41.56 RCW. The complain­ant subsequently requested, in writing, that the charges be withdrawn.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The withdrawal of the complaint filed in the above-captioned matter is accepted, and the case is CLOSED.
