WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER

On March 29, 2007, Dennis Redmond and Brian O’Sullivan each filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission, seeking to decertify the Washington Public Employees Association (WPEA) as exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees at Washington State Department of Revenue.

On April 23, 2007, a deficiency notice was issued to the petition­ers in the above-captioned matters. Both petitioners were provided an opportunity to file a response to the deficiency notice by May 8, 2007. Due to an administrative error, the May 7, 2007, response filed by the Dennis Redmon was overlooked and on May 9, 2007, the petitions were dismissed. In light of this error, the Order of Dismissal is hereby revoked so that the Executive Director may consider the response submitted by petitioner Dennis Redmon.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The Order of Dismissal issued on May 9, 2007, is hereby revoked.
