BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

CLARKSTON SCHOOL DISTRICT

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

The above-named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, seeking certifica­tion as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the Clarkston School District. An election has conducted and the petitioner held majority status. A certification was issued as Clarkston School District, Decision 9386 (PECB,2006).

On August 2, 2007, the petitioner filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in this case is withdrawn.
