Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP, by Mark A. Hutcheson, Attorney at Law, for the employer.
Ronald W. Tuck, for the intervenor, Kirkland Public Employees Association.
On December 13, 2005, King County Public Hospital District 2 (employer) filed a timely election objection alleging that the conduct by Service Employees International Union, Local 1199NW (union) prior to and following a tally of ballots on December 6, 2005, violated WAC 391-25-470. King County Public Hospital District 2, Decision 9205 (2006).
On April 25, 2006, the employer and union submitted a settlement agreement under which the employer agreed to withdraw its election objections.
