STATE OF WASHINGTON

BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

CASE 17095-E-03-2796

Involving certain employees of:

DECISION 7965-C - PECB

CITY OF VANCOUVER

CORRECTED ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

The above-named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, seeking certifica­tion as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the City of Vancouver. A cross-check was conducted and the petitioner held majority status. A certification was issued as City of Vancouver, Decision 7965-A (PECB, 2003).

On March 22, 2004, the petitioner filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in this case is withdrawn.
