BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

Involving certain employees of:

DECISION 7814-D - PECB

CITY OF REDMOND

ORDERWITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

The above-named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, seeking certifica­tion as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the City of Redmond. An election has conducted and the petitioner held majority status. A certification was issued as City of Redmond, Decision 7814-A (PECB,2002).

On March 24, 2005, the petitioner filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in this case is withdrawn.
